Streets are the place of freedom and unfettered expression. This is why it is always nice to see artists and other creative individuals performing in them, particularly in the old parts of cities and towns – like for instance in Kalelagra in Zadar. For three days countless acrobats, jugglers, fire eaters, magicians, wire dancers, all kinds of performers, artists, designers and graffitists turn the Zadar peninsula into the world which only flirts with reality. The unhindered street culture is bound to have something for each and everyone of us, so do not miss to award it with warm applause.
