When the first bunches of grapes are cut in the vineyards of Voloder, it is time for the Voloder Autumns to begin. And the people of the Sisak-Moslavina County have been marking the beginning of the grape harvest in their region for 41 consecutive years. In addition to the wine and must fair, the event also features numerous folklore groups from across Croatia, art exhibitions and exhibitions of winegrowing and fruit growing equipment and tools, as well as various handicrafts, folk costumes and traditional trades. The evening programme is adjusted to the younger generations, with the performances by numerous pop singers, while the event as a whole is brought to an end with a grand fireworks display. We warmly recommend to all true wine enthusiasts to visit Voloder in mid-September and take part in the feast of the palate.
